Happy Birthday Peyton!

Peyton is ONE! I can't believe it.
This year has went so fast.

Her life started out so scary.

She turned out to be our little miracle.

Happy Birthday, Peyton! We love you!
We had a birthday party at my mom and dad's house with my sister and her kids and another one at Matt's mom and dad's house with Matt's siblings and kids.

I didn't have the energy to make another big cupcake so luckily Matt's mom made her a birthday cake. She loves it.

Matt's Graduation

Matt graduated this July!! He received his bachelor's in health science and an associate degree in nursing. He was even chosen Student Nurse of the Year. We are very proud of him. He has worked really hard. The night before graduation he had a nurses pinning ceremony. It was really neat. He was asked to speak and did a wonderful job. My parents, Matt's parents, his grandma, and his brother, Travis, and his wife, Jessica were able to attend. It was such a wonderful week to celebrate! Sometimes it seemed like graduation would never come but it finally did! In August he passed his national boards test and is now an official registered nurse! Way to go, Matt!

Spray Park

We went to the Spray Park with our friends and their kids. They had so much fun. Too bad it has been raining almost every day since. Hopefully we will be able to have summer time weather come again.
What would a day at the Spray Park be without ending it with a ride on the carousel.

Gabe's Field Trip

Matt was able to go on Gabe's field trip with him. His preschool went to Bear World. Gabe loved it. He has talked about it ever since when we drive by he likes to tell me about the animals he saw.

Our Little Zoo

Here we are at the zoo. My parents were able to meet us and join the fun of the zoo. I forget how fun the zoo is. It isn't a huge zoo but is the perfect size for my little kids.

Dad was the best babysitter for Peyton. She loved Grandpa pushing her around.

Grandma looks so cute with Parker. The tigers were out and so were the lions.

Here are my ferocious animals - kids. Haha.
What cute kids.

Hill Air Force Museum

While in Utah we stopped by the Hill Aerospace Mueseum at Hill Air Force Base. It was really neat. We went with Matt's brother Brad and his family. I think everyone loved it from the grown ups to Parker everyone was very entertained for the two hours we were there. Matt and Brad were able to get this picture in front of a P-38 - the plane
their Grandpa flew in WWII. We loved the whole experience. I have enjoyed reading stories about wars and it was humbling to be in the presence of these historical planes and memories.

First day the park!

A few weeks ago the weather finally warmed up enough to start going to the park. This was our first outing. We were so excited. It was wonderful for a few days. Then it rained and snowed. I love spring. I wish the weather would make up its mind.
